So, other than being all worked up about the election and avoiding looking at how much money my retirement fund has been losing lately, what have I been up to?
- Trying to adapt back to my home time zone - last night I fell asleep around 4am, which is the earliest time I've been able to fall asleep since I returned on Saturday. Mostly, I've been up until 6 or 7am, which makes for a very sleepy (and uncommunicative) Amy.
- Walking away from a situation that makes me sad way more than it makes me happy. Which makes me sad. In the short term. But it's the right thing to do, so I'm taking it a day at a time. (Sounds familiar...)
- Enjoying fall. It became fall while I was in Korea - trees are turning colors here and there's a definite crispy feature to the air. I like it, but dread what it means is coming down the road...
- Trying to get amusing again on Twitter. So far, I've not been very successful lately. Pray for my humor to return (in 140 characters or less).

Oh, the good news is that pretty drunk girl (aka: pdg) texted me about possibly coming to visit. That would be a lovely distraction. Fingers crossed.
