If you do and you're traveling to Vancouver, we found a really good place in the Gastown area. It was "nuevo latino cuisine" and a tad pricy (~$100 for two without drinks), but the dishes were excellent and the atmosphere was fun. They only opened about a month before we got there, so they're probably still ironing out some kinks, but I didn't really notice any (ahhh..they had a problem processing my credit card at the table with their kewl device, so I guess that qualifies as a kink.)
