Clearly this man isn't qualified to be President

Senator John Edwards wants to pass a law ensuring that federal agency heads are qualified for the jobs. That's treating the federal government like it's a business! That means that folks like "Brownie" will be stuck judging horse shows rather than taking care of the President. Do you know how hard it is to find "loyal Bushies" (to quote the current -but not for long- Attorney General) who are also qualified? It's unreasonable and clearly against the wishes of the people. I mean the President.

(I love that he's calling it "Brownie's law".)
