That's right! Thai police officers who break rules will be forced to wear hot pink armbands featuring "Hello Kitty," the Japanese icon of cute, as a mark of shame, a senior officer said Monday.
Note: If this didn't come from a highly reliable news source such as USA Today (America's picture newspaper), I wouldn't believe it either.
